1. General
By using this website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Baby Gadgets reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Pricing
All products are for personal use only. Prices are as listed on the website and may change without prior notice. Baby Gadgets is not responsible for typographical errors or pricing mistakes.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed online. Payment must be completed as per the available payment methods. Please ensure all information provided is accurate.

4. Delivery & Charges
We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery charges are Rs. 500 per order. Delivery times are 2–5 working days, depending on your location. Baby Gadgets is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or remote areas.

5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for unused and defective products within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product. Please contact our support team at 0308 3756 378 or mrahmadch@hotmail.com for any return requests.

6. Product Use & Safety
All products are tested for safety. Customers must follow the provided instructions for safe use. Baby Gadgets is not liable for misuse or accidents.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
